This personalized 60-minute yoga session is designed to suit your body, nervous system, and current life circumstances. The practice combines mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and gentle awareness to enhance strength, mobility, hormonal balance, and emotional regulation.

During the class, I incorporate simple meditation and mindfulness techniques — such as body scanning, breath awareness, and present-moment focus — to soothe the nervous system and strengthen the mind-body connection.

With my expertise in psychology and Nonviolent Communication, the session is conducted in a trauma-sensitive, supportive manner that promotes listening to the body rather than ignoring it.
